Fast service. I called and they had our technician, Tony Caballero, at the house within the hour. Tony was very polite. He was very efficient in solving our drain issue. I was most impressed with his customer service, obvious experience and detailed explanation of why our drain had backed up. He was very assuring of no problems going forward. Roto Rooter if any of your employee’s are in line for a raise then Tony should be one of the first!!! Great Service! Highly recommend.

I want to thank Tony for his expertise, his honesty, hard work, and willingness to take the time to explain to me the details of what needed to be done before during and after the job. I would highly rate his thoroughness, and in times of frustration when the job wasn't going the best because of major issues that occurred, him calmness and skill help me to know the job was being done to its maximum. I would recommend him to anyone else, and if we have any more issues he is the one I will ask for. Thank you again Tony.

Brandon was super helpful in getting a serviceman out to our house in a quick and convenient manner. Tony, the serviceman, was professional and thorough in making sure our pipes were cleaned and double, triple checked that everything was good and that we were happy with it. Would definitely use these guys again.

This is possibly the worst plumbing company in the city. Going forward you must know that the amount of negligence is only surpassed by the unwillingness to do there job. They only want your money. Employees aren't trained properly and it shows. Had them out for work at my apartment complex and it was a circus. Never again. Run run and keep running. There was one black guy in the ditch and 3 white guys watching him work. What a truly racist thing to do. Ill never use this company again. Not to mention i was greeted by the lead guy that had no teeth. Unbelievable.

Tony was great! It’s the second time he has helped us and both times have been perfect. Fast, efficient and friendly.
