Harrah Plumbing and Heating fixed a water line leak and replaced a commode. Excellent, professional, and at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use again!
Great work. Great prices.
Terrible experience! The guy that came out was incredibly rude! They had to auger our toilet. First they hadn't listened at all when it came to the initial request and started to set up for a bigger service. I had to stop them and explain again what we had requested. The gentleman that came in was beyond rude. First they let our dogs out of the yard and his response to his assistant was "oh well." Then he came into the house to actually do what we had actually requested. After he was done I noticed that the toilet wasn't filling correctly, so I asked him why. HE proceeds to tell me he doesn't know, that my toilet was just a Home Depot or Lows toilet and that he doesn't carry the parts anyway. I restated that I was just asking why it might not be working right and he said that he didn't know and that I would have to just look at it myself! I am disabled, have to use a walker or a wheelchair to get around. So, as a disabled person I had to go into the bathroom, lift the heavy toilet lid off of the tank, look inside the tank, and figure it out myself. What I found was a little hose that had been jarred out of place, probably by him using the auger. Something very simple to do and fix by an able bodied individual, but instead of taking just a few seconds of his time to inspect it and fix it, he decided to be beyond rude and leave it to someone who is a high fall risk and is a disabled person to do it. I will NEVER use them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody! Terrible customer service and incredibly lazy and rude service techs!!! DO NOT USE HARRAH PLUMBING!
We have used Harrah Plumbing twice in the last few years. The first time was to put in a wall furnace. I had trouble with the furnace staying on. The casing has never been stabilized to the wall. I did not call them out to fix the furnace staying on because of the way the casing was put on. The second time was because again the furnace wouldn't stay lit. They charged us $75 to come out and do everything that I was doing. He was gruff and said it was fixed. Guess what. It went out again. I finally got down and inspected the furnace again myself. I found a loose wire. I tightened it myself and it has now stayed on for the last 3 days and it is still on. And the casing is still not secured to the wall. When I mention the casing was not attached, he ignored me and left the house with it still unattached.
