DO NOT trust this guy. We were rebuilding after the 2013 tornado. 1st phase went great. After Ryan collected the first payment it was all down hill from there. Would not answer or return calls and never finished the job. I had ti hire someone else just to finish the job and redo some of the things RedDirt didn’t do correctly. I’ve never been less happy than with Ryan and his company.
I am so angry! They gave us a faulty part that keeps shutting down our water entirely! It's been almost 6 months and they STILL haven't corrected the problem! Now, I can't even talk to them because their mail box is always full and they never answer the damn phone.
Had a break in our underground pipe that needed to be addressed quickly. Called them on Thursday, Dec 28. They said they would have someone out the following afternoon. 5:00 in the evening on Friday rolls around no one has shown up or called. I called the number, since they show 24 hour service, and left a message. It is now Tuesday, January 2nd, and still no one has ever called or shown up. I understand if they couldn't get to it, but it costs nothing to make a phone call.
Charged $139.95 for 20 minutes work. They were 2.5 hours late for the job. Will not Recommend them.
They were fast ! On time and went way out of their way to explain exactly what they had to do word for word on how they were doing the job. they were one of the cheaper company around. But they are nothing but straight professionals
