Preston replaced all of the drains in my house in 2 days. Work was done professionally, on-budget, and as-promised with no surprises. I have had no problems with the drains since. I appreciate that Preston was willing to visit my residence on multiple occasions and consult with me about the solution prior to when he did the work. I got estimates from other companies but none of the other guys seemed to really make sense so I went with VIP. I'm glad that I did. Thank you!

Professional, prompt, and just wonderful people all around. Our house flooded and then the sewer line backed after the storms on 06-06-19. Preston and Samuel went above and beyond to help us out and get our sewer line fixed in a timely manner so it was one less thing on our plate to deal with. I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.

The one star isn't for Preston and his work, but this company was supposed to cut a check back to us for 412 that was our video inspection since we chose them to do the repair after they cut an invoice without removing the 412 to the bank for the loan I needed to pay them. Happy with the work but company does not honor their agreements at all. Never been able to contact him after he swore they resent the check and it never arrived.

Preston is the best plumber! He is considerate of our time and is always up front with what he is doing and is never too busy to answer any questions that you may have.
