I was assigned this company through my home warranty and couldn’t have been happier! Darryl came to fix two toilets and replace my sump pump. Completely professional and did a very thorough job.

Go somewhere else for your plumbing needs! He was supposed to warranty the fix for our hot water heater, but he has informed me that the company has closed & is unable to warranty past & future work.

Terrible service! The guy didn’t use the correct size pipes so I have an even bigger leak!

I used them through my home warranty company. They called the warranty company and denied my claim. They left no estimate or anything to complete the repairs. Also, I have blood on my wall near the repair which I'm assuming was the contractors. So I now had to pay them my deductible and I'm stuck finding a new plumber for the repairs. I already have Capitol City Plumbing coming to fix it.

Had to use through my home warranty. Plumber said I needed to cut a hole in the ceiling big enough to climb in and see what was going on. I cut that hole and then another company was called out for a second opinion. The other company fixed the problem and said there was no need for the hole. Now I'm stuck with a $220 ceiling repair. Very poor customer service and very difficult to get in touch with. Would avoid if possible
