Lindsay was very helpful in scheduling my appointment, very pleasant and polite. Ryan was awesome!!! He explained what it would take to replace the whole stack vs patching. He did a nice a speedy job for the work that needed done. Very helpful, courteous and professional. I have used The Waterworks in the past and will continue using them in the future!!!

Sheri very graciously set up my appointment. She was pleasant and conscientious. Michael P. called me on Thursday to ask if it was OK to arrive in 20-25 minutes, which it was. When he arrived at my door he put on the "footies" for his shoes, which I appreciated and went to work on my toilet. Michael was finished within 15 minutes and I was so pleased with how he worked and the respect he showed me. I will continue to contact Water Works whenever I need a plumber. The customer service is excellent and the work ethic is strong. Thank you.

I was referred to The Waterworks for a potentially expensive project ($3000-6000), but was told that in order to receive an estimate I would have to schedule for someone to come out with a camera. That was fine with me. However, what was not fine was when I asked for the cost of the camera appointment, the lady could not quote a price. I asked about a possible price range..."we are unable to give you a price until we get out there." I asked, "Is it going to be around $50, or could it be $400? Just a ballpark is fine." Her response was they do not give prices over the phone and I would be given the price for the appointment after the person did the assessment. They may do fantastic work, but I can't imagine hiring someone for an unknown cost before the assessment even starts. Update, in response to the owner's response: I appreciate that you took the time to respond. However, your analogy does not make sense. You are correct that I would not be able to quote an accurate price for a person's entire treatment plan before I see him/her; however, we have set evaluation fees. Your evaluation fee is where my issue lies. If someone needs an examination, we can accurately give them a price for that assessment. For me, personally, I am uncomfortable agreeing to an assessment for which no price range can be given. I raised my rating from 2* up to 3* because I appreciate that you care enough to respond, and I really do not have experience with your work. But, as a fellow business-owner, I would encourage you to consider setting fee parameters for the initial evaluation, as many of your industry colleagues and competitors have done.

We had a wonderful technician out today! Rodney was so polite and friendly! He also, was efficient and effective! Hopefully we won’t have more issues with this old house; however, if we do, we will request Rodney!

This is the second time that we have used Waterworks. Quick and professional. Explained to us the problem in terms we could understand. Explained the pricing as well. While plumbers are expensive (although less than I expected for a burst pipe in a crawlspace), I have confidence these are 1 time expenses with the Waterworks.
