All of Atlas Butler’s staff/technicians have provided us with exceptional service. Shortly after we have called for assistance, technicians arrived. Each one explained his process, findings, repairs, or recommendations with expert care and respect. They installed new systems with meticulous skill and did so surprisingly quickly. Our house is far more comfortable now and our utility costs have dropped steeply. They have even repaired flawed work done by other companies along the way, making our systems more robust. This is a strong, dependable company that consistently provides great results. I highly recommend them!

Contacted Atlas Butter about condensation building up on our furnace, causing some water backup, great experience, Taylor started the processes to get a Service Tech out, very thorough. This was on a Friday evening, very prompt, arrived on time. Didn't take David Wright long to figure out what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. Even though we have a furnace/AC 29 yrs. old did not try to pressure us into purchasing a new system, which we will be in the next 2 years, but checked our stats and they were within numbers needed. We do have Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling system, a great system, we have had limited service calls since we have owned our home. So I would recommend Atlas Butler, superior customer service and high quality service specialist for getting the job done right.

We love the service we have gotten from both the heating and cooling and from the plumbing services groups. The annual membership was one of the best $ decisions we made, we have saved well over its cost and the year isn’t over. Every technician we have had has been polite, professional, and non-judgmental of our clogs- just gave us friendly advice after things were working again for going forward problem-free. I am so glad I remembered their truck graphics (that they did plumbing too!) when my son called me in a panic with an overflowing toilet when I was at a conference and my husband was out of town on a Sunday. The people handling the phones are great, too!

Always awesome and very flexible on scheduling. Atlas Butler keeps us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Plus the systems they sold us (furnace/ac unit) are very inexpensive to maintain and run. One year our furnace was cracked and we could have all died in our sleep from carbon monoxide. A routine inspection with a camera showed us the crack! Wow! Glad we use them!

Atlas Butler was excellent! This week has been extremely hot with a high temperature consistently in the 90’s. Having a newborn in the house, we were keeping the AC running constantly. Unfortunately on Sunday evening, the AC stopped working and the temperature started to rise in the house. I called Atlas Butler at 8:30 PM and they were able to come, diagnose, and fix my AC within 2 hours. Not only was it a great experience, Matt, the technician, was very knowledgeable and educated me on a lot of the AC mechanics (I like to know how things work!). Overall an excellent experience! They have easily made a long term customer out of me.
