I highly recommend! Quick service and extremely knowledgeable. Joe Owens worked on our air conditioning. He explained everything, showed me what the issue was so that I could understand it and was extremely professional and friendly. He made sure all was working and was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction.

Our dog ripped out the low voltage wire on our AC condenser unit on the 4th of July. A friend recommended Ohio Heating & Air and we called, not expecting to hear back because of the holiday. After leaving a message with the answering service, we heard back from Zack within 15 minutes. He walked us through how to reconnect the wire ourselves, saving us an expensive holiday call-out. We couldn't believe how kind, honest and helpful he was. Thank you!

Very pleased with technician - he is quick, efficient and gave some good advice on maintaining the aircon & furnace. Office staff, Eleanor, is very pleasant & helpful. Will be using Ohio Heating & Refrigeration for replacement of humidifier soon.
