I've had two teams come out for two different jobs, one remodeling and one installing new equipment. Both times, the plumbers made sure they were doing what I wanted, even if it deviated from what was bid. They were personable and courteous, and did clean professional work.

Two people recommended Rbt. Jones Plumbing and I am so glad I called them! They were efficient and unblocked 2 sections of my sewer pipe quickly. Dave was especially kind as I was feeling overwhelmed with 6" of water in my basement. I highly recommend them;-)

They respond the same day with service equal to none. Our water heater went out and they were here the same day diagnosing the problem in making the repair. On Christmas Day our kitchen sink stopped up and they were out the same day. I can highly recommend this company for their service and the competence of their employees.

We called for the first time using this company. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this company. Our sump pump was not working. Someone came out. They installed a new sump pump. I asked before they installed the price. I was told he didn’t know they would send a bill. I asked if he was going to try it to make sure the new one was working. He said no it was new. I asked about having a pipe replaced and he took pictures to get back with me on an estimate I never received nor do I want at this point. I got the bill and it was close to 500.00. I called the company several times. Each time promising to call me back and didn’t. I was given an excuse they are going through a remodel and things are a mess. I’m going to check the pump before I pay. I would get an estimate in writing from these people if you use them. 500 sump pump and service call seems extreme. Customer service was terrible.
