He does thorough work and has been here before for 3+ hours and still only charged us for the job not the multiple hrs he was here. I trust him completely and call him over his family's company every time, even though they're just down the street from us. My mom uses him as well and she has always been happy with his work. He's always been able to come out same day when we called with our issues too.

Asked if I was prepared to write a check for $650 for him to come out... cost me $150 to repair with roto-rooter... I highly recommend roto-rooter!!

Steve always shows up when something goes haywire. He is also the king of american ingenuity.
