I had the unfortunate experience of a backed-up sewer line that caused significant damage to my finished basement. I was determined to avoid a 'repeat' of that ugly episode and explored several options to have the sewer line permanently cleared of tree roots. I couldn't bear the idea of digging a trench in my front yard, possibly losing a beautiful tree and waiting months or years for the dirt to settle and grass to grow as though it never happened! I was convinced that trench-less re-lining was the right solution and considered several potential plumbers before selecting Neyer. I had a good vibe during the exploration and made my choice with confidence. I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of the work. The attitude and professionalism of the crew was outstanding! I mean, really outstanding! Each of the workmen that were on the job site was professional, well-mannered and knowledgeable. I’m happy and willing to recommend Neyer to friends and neighbors.

I have learned to really trust Neyer Plumbing. I couldn't be happier with their work. If they say something is needed, it is needed. They have recently completed a difficult plumbing job in my older house (on 8/20) and I would recommend them to everyone. That said, I have been reading the reviews on this page and saw one in particular about how someone had a sewer line issue and how the big companies prey on customers who lack the knowledge of things like this. I already made an appointment with Neyer to take care of a sewer line issue I am having. They will be here Friday 8/23/19. Why waste time with a company who takes advantage of people (they know who they are). After calling Neyer Plumbing the past 14 years I have lived here, I'm sold on them. Will update!

I've had someone from Ken Neyer Plumbing to my house twice for different issues. Both times was a great experience. I could not ask for better service, and I know who to call next time I need to have any plumbing work done. Thank you!

Could not be more pleased with the job the guys performed at the Firehouse. Dustin and Mark worked quickly to find the problem and then called in Joey and John to assist with larger equipment. Then they called Phil to bring in more supplies. Plumbing was repaired and then they cleaned up EVERYTHING, almost like it never happened. Thanks guys, what teamwork!

I had some major issues with both of the toilets leaking. I called Ken Neyer plumbing, Will showed up 45 min after my call, he was friendly and polite. Repairs were very affordable and quickly completed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to my friends and family.
