We are so happy we chose Chris and his dad the installation. Even though our project was small and we were on a budget, Royal Heating didn't shy away or make us feel insignificant. Chris saved us $$$ by recommending a soffit for this particular project which worked out great as I was able to implement in ceiling speakers. When we came home after a holiday and the AC wasn't kicking in, Royal Heating had an employee dispatched immediately. We recommend Chris and his dad and the employees of Royal Heating to all.

While it remains to be seen if my central A/C unit continues to function properly, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and apparent attention to detail from this morning's visit. After a weekend of excessive heat, my A/C was struggling to keep up. I called Royal Air this morning and they said they would try to get out to us today, the earliest being the afternoon. But less than hour later they called to say they could swing by in the morning. Chris showed up with his diagnostic equipment at the ready, got it plugged in and monitoring, and even cleaned the side filters of my unit. After about 15 minutes he gave it the all-clear, saying that everything checked out and it was likely just overheating due to dirty filters. He didn't try to sell me on anything, told me to keep an eye on it for a few days, and if any issues come up, they'd be right out to take a look. Definitely adding them to my contacts. And I'm definitely going to work on being better at home maintenance.

Reliability, trust, and experience. For years both Don and Chris have provided exceptional service for our condo and multi-family managed properties. They will stand by their work with the knowledge to resolve even the most complicated issues.

The weather hasn't warmed up enough to test out the mini-split air conditioners they installed but the overall experience of dealing with Chris at Royal Heating was one of the best I've ever had in dealing with contractors and tradesmen. Chris didn't mind answering questions or revising his quote after I changed some specs. He was pleasant to deal with, punctual, and dependable, and bent over backwards to make the job happen when I was having problems with the electrician I wanted to use for the necessary electrical work. I don't give out five stars easily, but based on my experience so far, I'd give Royal six if I could.

They came and put a new furnace in my moms house and thankfully they've been wonderful. Whenever there has been any problems at all with it Don has sent men immediately to check. I am so thankful as my mom is in her late 80s and we are so appreciative.
