To say that Mr. Lou Guarini (and sons) is by far the best contractor I ever hired since I bought my house 15 years ago is an understatement. He is a professional who does exactly what he says he will do. He is responsive, punctual and most importantly very good at his craft. Mr. Guarini could teach other contractors out there how to deal with customers. If you are looking for cheap prices for a cheap job he is not the one for you, but trust me, you will wish you've hired him. My heating system and radiators are now working like brand new without all the noise and leaks everywhere. I know I am glad I finally found a good contractor I can trust.

Lou and his sons Brian and Kevin provide exceptional service at a competitive price. Their attention to detail and compassion for the homeowner is extremely impressive. Unlike many contractors who do the job, take the money and run, Lou takes pride in his work, follows up and responds in a timely fashion to address any concerns. I had a new furnace and hot water boiler installed as well as a disaster caused by frozen pipes and they went above and beyond to make all repairs, they are truly amazing and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs

I have used Lou to repair and replace many boilers and hot water heaters in a small apartment building I own. He has replace 1 hot water heater and 1 boiler and done repairs on 2-3 more. I highly recommend him. He is very professional and always follows up with pictures of the work he did and explanations of the work that he did. He even came out for free when my tenant had questions for him about using the boiler correctly. His pricing is fair and I have never had a problem with his work.
