This plumbing service was assigned to work on my leaking faucet through American Home Shield. I advised them my tenant is only home on Tuesdays. Twice they failed to get to the job site on the specified day. They would not return my call and would not answer my texts afterwards. When I spoke to American Home Shield they called this company and was told that they were on another phone call and placed my warranty Company on hold for over 5 minutes. Avoid them unless you enjoy being frustrated.
I had a problem with my sewer line where it was backing up to my toilet and bath tub. Sent an email to Gary at Admiral Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning and responded within an hour. He sent his plumber, Kenny, real nice guy and listen and observed the issue that was happening. He identify it was the sewer line going out that was blocked. He was able to get it cleared within 1.5 hours. Very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Admiral if you need a fix. Not sure why there are negative reviews but my experience was phenomenal.
I hired Gary to change out a busted drain pipe that was made out of lead and hooked to a vanity toilet and tub. Gary sent a worker to work and performed the task which he did. But on further inspection the pipe was not laid to code. After 3 weeks of phone tag with Mr. Gary " who was paid in full, first day " he finally sent his "cousin" to fix the problem " right" . The home owner had to have finished work tore back up to corrct the problem that gary was hires to do right the first time. After Painfully watching his "cousin" attempt plumbing that stated in a arguemeant, that day " that he doesn't even do plumbing. " The homeowner had to ask him to leave the property after even more threats from Gary and his "cousins". Yes that is right he threatened my contractor because my contractor was sticking up for me . Anyways I digress, The homeowner had to hire a different plumber to correctly do the job to code the plumber had to remove all of Gary work. One more side note he was higher to do solid connection plumbing and he ran r shark bites from copper to Apex . that's not what we agreed on. So quick recap ,Gary did the job incorrectly had to tear up finished work to fix the problem he did not even fix it on second attempt. Homeonwer had to go somewhere else to have it done right to code .He will not give back the money. be very carefull DO NOT pay him up front in full , until the job is 100% satisfactory and finished. Gary will rip you off! I have statement , Contracks and video tape with pictures to backup everything I have said here. I am very thorough when I deal with contractors take pictures of everything videotape if you can.
Gary came by to fix a Rheem tankless water heater issue and did a great job. Fixed the problem and don't need to replace it anymore. Quick and professional!
I'm a bit late in writing this review, but better late than never. I used Admiral Plumbing to replace a water heater that went out a while ago. Unfortunately, this happened over a the 4th of July week when I was due to have house guests. The plumbers were very accommodating and made every effort to get the job done in a timely manner. They were very respectful of my home removing and replacing the units without damage. They were courteous and polite and our new hot water heater is working beautifully. Thanks Admiral Plumbing Company.
