If you are looking for a heating and cooling company you can really trust and stand by their work William C Diamond is the company for you. This company clearly cares more about their customers and wants repeat business instead of taking advantage and over charging for a one time fix. Instead of boring you with lots of details let’s just say the company came out a few times in one week (my husband couldn’t find the right wireless thermostat in Home Depot and Chris had to keep coming back to the house). They could have easily charged for all the times they came out and didn’t. Fast forward to June we thought we had an issue with the AC maybe relating to the work that was done in December. It turned out the AC was fine but we didn’t know how to use the thermostat correctly. The owner came out to check and walked my husband through it. He didn’t even charge us. How many companies are like that these days? I wish I could write them a million reviews to let everyone know how honest they are and how much they appreciate their customer’s business. Give them a chance. You won’t regret it!
