Russell is a great guy, easy to talk to and really knows his stuff. His staff is excellent and they do high quality work at a fair price. I would use them again in a second and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Installed floor heating six years ago. NEVER worked right. Did not return phones calls. Was eventually told by other reputable heating companies that it was installed all wrong. Now I have to replace it. Rude, arrogant. FOLLOW REVIEWERS ADVISE.

ANOTHER ICE COLD HOUSE THIS WINTER THANKS TO RUSSELL SERPE! Since he installed my NEW FURNACE I was wishing for my old one! What a mistake going with Russell because once he was paid in full he just does not want to help - at all. 10 calls all unanswered. Thief. I was force to hire another plumber to get the heat turned on. SOME ITEMS WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. Russell offered NO HELP AT ALL. *** AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!

Horrible DO NOT USE, Russell the owner did not answer any questions, he would not look me in the eye, extremely rude and not helpful. Did not want to give me any information on what the exact problem was and complained that it was a "Saturday" morning and that I was "breaking his balls". He said he wasn't "public relations" for my landlord. Meanwhile this was a sewage pipe that broke and it's extremely hazardous to everyone's health especially his guys working. He said to me he didn't have experience with this and that he "only does new construction" He should be fined for putting his workers at risk...no hazmat suits or anything at the recommendation of another contractor! Just plain wrong!
