Russo Bros. & Co. has always been my plumbers. Paul helped me greatly today in fixing various items as well as helping to ward off potential problems. I recommend Russo Bros. to everyone I know. I am so happy with their professional, kind, reliable, dependable employees that always come with a smile and a positive attitude. Great people! Trustworthy! Experienced like no others! Friendly and understanding!

The technician gave a courteous call to let me know when he would be coming. Explained in detailed what needed to be done, very knowledgeable and let me know how how much the repair would cost. Very courteous and went over the work that was performed and answered any questions that I had. Very satisfied with work performed. Explained possible future work that I might consider

I needed a new hot water heater installed and was hesitant to call Russo Brothers because I have heard they can be pretty pricey. I decided to give them a shot because they are right in town and the reviews on here were so favorable. I'm so glad I did because from Bob who came to give me an estimate (that very same day I called) to Keith and Victor who installed it, I couldn't have asked for a more professional group. Very friendly warm people and explained everything in complete detail. Russo Bros is pricey but I feel comfortable and safe knowing that such an expensive purchase will be backed by this company as well as knowing if I need them they will be back at my house immediately if possible.

I used Russo Bros to inspect two underground downspouts at a newly purchased residence. The appointment process was quick and easy. I would give the technician, whose name was Harun (spelling), six stars if I could! He was great - timely and very informative. Also, no pressure for unnecessary additional services. Gave me tips on proper maintenance, things to watch out for, etc. He was clearly an expert in the field. Overall great experience that shed positive light on Russo Bros. I will indeed call these guys for future needs.

Raul was a wonderful technician and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. While the initial job ended up leading to other work, I trusted his judgment and expertise. I also really appreciate that Russo calls you to tell you if the technician is running late, and then calls again to tell you they are on their way. I have been very happy with Russo Bros. And highly recommend Raul specifically.
