Excellent service. I have had Active Septic pump the tank several times over the last 10 years and found them to be competent and honest.
He does the job right every time & usually comes same day we call!!!
Called to have tank pumped out & lady that answered did everything possible to NOT HELP. I'm not a plumber or a septic tank specialist this is why I call looking for help. She said they are not able to locate the tank, do not provide any digging to the tank & would not pump if not within 8 feet of a driveway. Maybe some tanks are completely exposed in a driveway very easy to access & for those situations this place may be great. However if you actually need any kind of help the lady I spoke with, had no help to offer & did not even seem as if they wanted the business or to help out in any way.
Excellent service and very helpful. Arrived within 20-minutes of phone call as it was an emergency, cleaned tanks and found cause of problem.
