This is a great company. The owner is a stand up guy who cares about his customers and his employees (which says a lot). They act morally and are incredibly professional. I send everyone I know to them!

Primary visit was to lower water pressure from 100psi to within normal parameters. While here, Lucas also installed two ball valves which allows me to turn water off to outside bib faucets. This will eliminate the possibility of freezing during the winter months. Work was done on time and within estimate provided. Lucas fully explained what the job entailed and showed me how to operate the ball values and pressure relief valve. Highly recommend Lucas for any plumbing job not only for the work he did but his personality. This was my first time calling a plumber and my choice turned out to be the correct choice.

Will came out after 10 on a Tuesday night and found the access point quickly despite us being unsure of the location. He was pleasant and professional during a late night goose chase dig. Will was up front and courteous about our options and understanding when we needed to confer with an elderly member of our household before making decisions. I would definitely call this service again and I would ask directly for Will.

Lucas and Cody were awesome! They came out the next day after we realized our hot water heater went out. They worked so quick with telling us the problem and completely replacing our water heater. They even fixed how our brand new expansion tank was installed (from a different company). They were very nice and professional! If we have any other problems we will be sure to give them a call again!

Chad from Roto-Rooter came out to check a slow drain the same day I called. He assessed the situation and expertly explained the solution to this 30+ year old basement drain. He verified things were actually working and ended up leaving without charging me as Roto-Rooter doesn't charge trip fees. Based on his knowledge and overall experience from calling Misty at dispatch to Chad squaring this drain away was highly professional and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
