I believe his name was Brandon that came. I originally thought it was going to be a simple job, turned out to be a lot more complicating than I expected. Eehhh. This was my first time ever needing a plumber. Brandon reassured me it was fine, he'd get to it quickly. He did, indeed. He did a great job, very professional, very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Will not ever use them again took the guy two hours to change a thermocouple charged a hefty price and still didn’t fix the problem. User beware!
