Tom Grover is an embezzler and went to jail for it. Don’t trust your money with him...he will gamble it all away.
They have never answered my calls, it goes to recording always. They rarely call back and if they do, they never have showed up when they say they would (or worse, not at all). This is a hard company to trust when BY THEIR ACTIONS they have treated me as a customer poorly. Go to Summit, I have never had a bad experience yet with them.
We had them put in a Geo system last summer and couldn't be happier. After a full winter, the savings have been immense. Now that summer has hit, the cooling system is a huge bonus. Bluewater was very easy to work with and their communication with us throughout the process was great.
Horrible heating installation. Also I have never seen so many corners cut and try to get them to call back is nearly impossible! Do not recommend them to anyone!
My family has been waiting for months for Bluewater to install our system. They won't answer their phones or call us back. They will schedule days to come and work on our system, then repeatedly forget to inform us they cancelled the work. It is the middle of winter in Duluth, MN, and our home is freezing. We do not recommend this business.
