Mike came out and did an excellent job installing a new spigot. He really sent time to explain what he was doing and made sure I was educated on how to keep it from freezing.

Absolutely top quality company & professionals - Couldn't recommend them more!! With a 2-week old newborn at home, we unexpectedly had some major toilet issues leading to flooding at 4am - Luckily, we were able to get ahold of Tom Kalkbrenner right away (in the middle of the night!), and he got there first thing in the morning to help remedy the situation. Initially we thought it was one thing (hose from water main to toilet tank), which Tom replaced - but he stayed to test & ensure that was the only issue. Fortunately he did, because there were a number of other issues that we had going on with the seal, flanges, and cracked threads on the hose male-plug which would have led to additional slow-leaks. Tom graciously moved his schedule around to ensure we got the situation fixed same-day - and with a newborn, it was a huge relief that he made sure we were up & running as soon as possible! Going above & beyond the call, he also identified some potential issues with our boiler that could have led to failure if not taken care of - so he squeezed us in the very next day to make sure we wouldn't have any issues ahead of the coming cold snap. This kind of service is so very appreciated & Kalkbrenner has earned customers for life for their great work!! Overall, excellent quality work, fair pricing schedule, incredibly fast response time - exactly what you'd want in a dire plumbing scenario!!
