We had mini-split units installed by Mike from Carlson. Mike was outstanding right from the beginning. He communicated when he would be out to work and followed through as planned. His attention to detail was impressive, from planning location of our new A/C units to maximize aesthetics and function while also keeping cost in mind. His hard work and thoughtfulness resulted in a quality product and seamless installation that blended in with the outside of our house. The turn around time was great - same day quote followed by install 1 week later. Would highly recommend!

Revised: Great customer service and a very happy owner of a furnace! My situation was handled within the next business day. Received an new furnace that went so smooth, recieved a bill and paid in full upon receiving the bill. Great service, but I was having issues with my kitchen sink so I also got service for kitchen plumbing and this is where I have issues. I never recieved a bill, for a plumb job that happened in July, until a call today, december. Says I own $700+ for an hour of work and less than $75 of materials. I was there the duration of the job and it took less than an hour, I'm being bill for 7.5 hours at $99 an hour. Make sure you get a quote and your quote is honored. Very unhappy and uneasy and this is a bill that came out of nowhere as a newer sinlge homeowner at 25 years old. I plan accordingly and this is unethical for someone who budgets and prepares for unexpected finances.
