Not only are we pleased we selected Superior to install our new furnace and AC (11+ yrs ago), they are the first call we make for any maintenance or tuneup calls. Their work is honest and reliable. Their service people are neat and tidy with their work and very courteous. I have no doubt they will be the first call we make when it is time to replace our "old" energy efficient furnace and air conditioner.

Have had several experiences with Superior, and have always found them to be friendly, helpful, responsive and fair. The technicians are professional and the quality of their work is excellent. I highly recommend this company!
Met with superior at my home to review current conditions and explain the work to be done. Accepted their bid. They cancelled the first time they were scheduled to do the work. Then came back to do the work. Told me they can’t do the work now. Maybe in the spring. But it would be much more than the bid provided. This was a big waste of time due to lack of competence
Had a problem with a water heater. water was scolding, called and Tom was out the next day found part was under warranty and the next working day he was out and fixed in under a hour. Second time I've used this company and they are FANTASTIC would recommend them highly
