You shouldn't classify your business as being 24/7/365 if you have no one to do a job. You should not classify your business as having emergency services when in retrospect that's false advertising.
They came down to our business the day we called and fixed the problem we had. Service Tech was professional and courteous. I know who I will call the next time.
Called Master Plumbing to get an estimate on some plumbing work I needed done in my bathroom took forever to get ahold of someone to send a guy out told me they would email me an estimate within a week it’s now been 2-3 weeks and I still haven’t received an estimate after calling twice and even having someone tell me they would have to check into it and someone will call me back..Never recived a call back or an estimate I will never call or recommend this company to anyone! ????
They were quick, courteous, and reasonable prices. ..My bathroom looks great!!
