we had them install a sump pump in our basement (our basement didn't have one) as well as a new water softener and laundry tub (completely new install, we never had one). Matt, did and awesome job! He was nothing but professional and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company! Phase 3 is a new shower in the basement, which I will be having them do as well. very happy customer here!
I originally inquired about an estimate - asked how much the estimate would be and they said they do free estimates. I scheduled the estimate, waited 4 days with no word and finally called them to see what they had come up with. I was told they couldn’t find any information on my file and would call me back. When they finally called me back they were rude and questioned why I was even calling to begin with. Then they sent me a bill 3 months later for the estimate - even though they still offer “free estimates”. Will never recommend. Not impressed.
Love these folks. They have come to our rescue more than once always with a smile. They handle commercial as well, and I'm happy that at home or work I can always call 373-6161 for Jim and Dude's.
Furnace quit about 4am. Called Jim & Dudes after figuring it was more than I could fix. They said will get by this afternoon but I had to go to work but my brother would be home. Heat wave today, above freezing. They were here by noon and after a couple checks had things fixed in a couple hours. They even brought a couple space heaters in case they couldn't repair without ordering a part. I have called them for all plumbing, electric and/or heating/ac things. They treat people good and don't overcharge but always go beyond.
I had J&D remodel my Master Bathroom recently, Matt Johnson was my plumber. They were on time, neat, and on budget. Matt communicated with me regularly and kept me in the loop and up to speed. Dennis (owner/manager) stopped by to check in also. Project is beautiful and we’ve been enjoying our new bathroom. Thanks Jim and Dudes!????????
