I was very pleased with Mike's service. I have called him twice once for a water heater hookup and he answered the call and came and hooked up our water heater after hrs. I called and asked for a quote on a sink install for our upcoming kitchen remodel and not only did he come the same day and looked at the details he gave us a quote the same day. I recommend his services to anyone and does excellent work.

My wife and and I just bought a house in Albert Lea and needed our sump pump rerouted from the back, which I have no idea why that was done in the first place, to the front and to replace the sump basket. The new placement of the system required digging under our sidewalk to get it to the yard. He not only dug the sod out but after he was finished laying the system in put the sod back and watered it for us as we were unable to be there (it was a very warm and sunny day). He removed the old system and sealed it off for us. All of this was done at a very reasonable and fair price. I would definitely recommend Platinum Plumbing and will use them with any future jobs!
