Mike called to confirm the arrival time, which is always nice. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed with his inspection of our 1 year old air conditioner. He found a problem that wasn’t expect and made sure a replacement was ordered. Thanks to the comfort club air conditioner yearly check, it is being taken care of before a problem arises. Thanks ***** 5 * for Dave also! Dave and Jake came out to the house later the same day for our inspection of the electrical system. They are professional, detailed and very personable. Everything checked out good. They did discover one of the smoke detectors should be moved to the next room. They had it done before we knew about it. Very efficient! Excellent customer service (provide 24/7 call center) to schedule appointments! They were able to get someone out right away and got the work completed the same day! Trevor, was our technician for our heating performance report and he was awesome! We did have an issue with our motor and it was needing to be replaced. He left my home drove to Plymouth for a part and came back and got the work done! Quality work, quality people, I would definitely recommend Service Today!!

Service Today! got to my place right on time and Chuck was very personable. He did an outstanding job of educating me on my current furnace and AC units. We have been without an AC for a week so we needed someone good to guide us through the replacement process and Chuck did exactly that. He gave us some great options in regard to pricing. Highly recommend these guys, very reputable and very personable.

I started my morning by talking with Kristine in the office .. she is an amazing person herself and a valuable employee for the company. I have typically had a great experience with Service Today, and have been a customer for probably about 4 years. I recently purchased a new AC unit from them and had them install it, and was not happy with how it was handled. They were planning to install it while I was at work, so I gave them my garage code, they came early, which was fine, but were still there when I got home at 8:30 that night. I drove up to my garage door open, and my door into my house ajar. There was no communication throughout the day that there were any issues or that things were taking longer than expected. They continued to work until 1 of the service men finally said at 10 p.m. that maybe they should come back the next day because there was still some issue. He told me what it was, but I was too upset to really try to understand what he was saying. The next day, he called and finished the job while I was at work and locked up fine, but I could NOT believe how the first day's experience went. I know they were working in the house, but it is unacceptable for my home to be left open for anyone to walk into. I trusted them to treat my home with safety and precaution, and aside from properly installing the system, they didn't do that. The system has worked well, but I am still upset about how it went about a month later.
