We had an emergency plumbing need — called at 8 am and were told someone would be there early afternoon. Got our call at 1 that a tech was on the way. Jonathan arrived at 2, promptly identified the issue and was able to get it fixed up within the hour. Very courteous and professional — took time to explain and got job done. Also took time to explain different options for our water softener/water purifier system. Tested our water and presented a proposal with options — very thorough in explanations without any hard sell. Went through estimate and emailed it - nicely done.

Matt Johnson arrived promptly and quickly addressed our concerns and repair requests. He was very professional, knowledgeable, offered understandable explanations of what repairs were necessary and why, efficient. explained the charges and costs that would be incurred and solved and corrected some problems on his initial visit. He informed us as to what we needed to purchase on our own and told us to contact him when are ready for his follow-up visit. He is a very personable guy and you should consider him an asset to your company.

Another terrific experience with the best plumbing and heating company in the metro. Andrew Granquist was our technician on a steamy Saturday afternoon. Our A/C unit stopped working overnight so I called for an appointment and Andrew responded in short order. He was extremely thorough in examining our cooling system. It turned out the problem was with my poor operation of the thermostat. Despite figuring this out in the first few minutes, Andrew meticulously went through the entire system and even cleaned the unit for us. I can’t say enough good things about Andrew. Whenever I call Bonfe I get the highest quality technicians out to the house for service. Thank you Andrew and the Bonfe team for repeated excellent service.
