This company was recommended by my water treatment company. I have called well over a dozen times to schedule an appointment to diagnose a well pump condition. They don’t answer their phone. You leave a message, and several hourrs later they call back. I don’t have my phone on me 100% of the time, so we’ve been playing phone tag for weeks. I’ve never known a company so difficult to get in touch with! After waiting for weeks, the repair person calls me he’s on his way and over an hour early. I told him i’m not home. He said, “too bad for you, i’m on to my next call”. Call me completely frustrated!
