I contacted this plumbing company because I have a leak in my main drain pipe in my home. A friend of a friend was supposed to come out this morning and didnt show. We decided we couldnt wait and felt that at any moment the pipe could burst because it was so thin. So I called R A Chance and when the man answered I said "Hello, how are you today?" He replied, "Yeah, what can I do for ya?" I proceeded to tell him my problem and he rudely cut me off and said "well first I can tell you I have no one available to come out and the pipe your talking about IS NOT copper"...I humbley said to him, "okay, well your the professional, so maybe my husband isnt correct (my hubby is a mechanic and also welds, so I trust his opinion) and you may be right. So you wouldnt have anyone available then?" He replied, "no we are backed up and I dont have any 3" pipe anyway". I thanked him and hung up. He was uncaring to my needs as a customer, he was rude and unprofessionial on the phone and didnt even offer me an appointments for another day, another week, or another month! I contacted another company called H & B Plumbing on Augustine Herman Highway, Ekton, MD he woman was very helpful, very professional and very accomidating to my needs and offerred to have someone out within the hour. R.A. Chance will NEVER get a referal from these cecil country residents! : P
