Best plumber in Elkton. Filled out the form on the website and quickly had an appointment scheduled.

Tried calling them, instead of reaching their actual office, the phone number gets you to some call center. I explained my issue to the call center person, and she decided that she thought I needed an appliance repair man instead of a plumber, and told me they would be in contact with me shortly. Hours later, I have not heard from anyone who can actually provide the needed service, but I have gotten a bunch of spam emails about home remodelling... Very helpful...

Waited 11 hrs. and still no calls from them. 12 pm to 11 pm. Spent all day trying to keep basement from flooding to bad. Sump pump not working. They could have at least called me and said they were to busy. That way I could have called someone else, like I just did tonight. Also you can't post this unless you give them a star. They don't deserve a star. Will give them a star so this will post for everyone to see.

We have called Elkton Plumbing several times. They always handle our issues quickly and have someone out to us in a reasonable amount of time. I'd highly suggest them for all your home plumbing needs.

We moved to Newark a few months ago. Our hot water heater stopped working and we called Elkton Plumbing as we used them before. They were able to setup us up with an appointment quickly. Fair pricing and quick service. Highly recommend. The plumber said they now service New Castle County which is nice to know.
