Really quick response for an AC fan that had gone down during the night. Our tech, Alex, was polite and courteous. He also gave me a walkthrough of my system and it’s general health. In addition to ways I can maintain it to extend its life. Really helpful as a new home owner, thanks Cool Breeze!
We have been Cool Breeze customers for 20 years through 3 different homes. They have been honest and have earned our trust with every single service. They've made repairs as needed and never tried to sell service we didn't need. In fact, they have talked us out of replacing systems when they weren't needed, and helped us keep a system running longer when we weren't in a position to replace it. When it was time to replace, they offered 3 options with clear qualifiers for each. Ron, the owner, has consistently been direct and honest through all the years of service. It's not out of loyalty or favoritism, it's just his natural disposition. In all the years, we have never been mislead by following his advice.
They are really fantastic. Alex, who serviced our HVAC was prompt and knowledgeable and great to work with. They have a 24 hr or less turnaround time, which is great when your pipes freeze in the middle of summer! Will stay a loyal customer to them!

I've used Cool Breeze several times on my (unquestionably ancient) heating/cooling system. They have efficient and knowledgeable technicians and office staff and I've never felt I was being taken advantage of.
