I had to look for someone to replace my sewer line. This a major expense ( as are other major plumbing problems) and requires a knowledgeable company who will explain ever step. As you are probably doing as I did, is read many reviews to help you make the right decision on who to hire. There are companies out there with catchy commercials or fancy websites, but that’s not what’s going to fix your problem. All I can do is share my experience with you and maybe this will help you make an informed decision. I called a few companies to get an estimate on fixing my sewer line problem. One of the big companies took two days before they would come out and look at my emergency. Another big company had free estimates on their website, but said there would be a charge to look at it or use a camera... that does not equal free to me. So I looked at some great reviews of H-Two-O and decided to give them a call. I was a little uneasy because I had never heard of them before. This turned out to be the best call I ever made. I did not have to wait for anyone to call me back, and they were there the next day, since now it was late in the day. Wayne explained ever detail on what needed to take place. My situation was a hard one. However, Wayne is a master of his profession, and has an exceptional crew of men who work with him. Yes, Wayne was there digging just like his crew. It has been a long time since I witnessed this degree of dedication and exceptional work ethic. Wayne said he would treat the project like he was working on his own house, and it showed. What pride this group of men had to make sure the job was done correctly, and with care and detail to their surroundings, so not to cause damage. They worked through freezing rain and snow... I am still truly amazed at their hard work. When the job was completed, the same attention to detail was used to clean up and make sure everything was taken care of. I even received a call a day later to make sure everything was okay with my plumbing. Wayne his crew are the best in my book. H-Two-O was a great choice. I can’t thank them enough.
