J L Darling Sewerage Service

I called about a service other companies offer so I was looking to get a quote. I was laughed at when I told him what I wanted done. Then he asked me questions about how it would even be possible to do that. When I asked what exactly he was asking me (since I am not an expert in Septic Tanks) I was laughed at again. Sorry I’m not an expert in your field of work, I guess my question was stupid enough for you to lose business over, maybe start by treating people with respect!

Called Mr. Darling on a Sunday night when we encountered a sudden problem, he was here immediately and promptly fixed our problem. Simply said, Jim Darling is the guy you want to deal with. He spent plenty of time with us and fully explained how our issue developed over time and what we can do to prevent it from ever happening again. Thank you!

Jim is always ready to take on another task. Appointments are made within blocks of time, rather than to tell the customer to expect them on the hour or anything very specific. This is done to allow the technician opportunity to do a thorough job and to address unforeseen issues. In my line of work, I realize there is going to always be something I have not seen before. However, when I have not seen it and do not know what it is I'm looking at, I can ask Jim to come by (if it is accepted by the customer) and ask him to teach educate myself and the customer. He's seen it all.

Excellent service. Arrives on time. Finishes and cleans up. Jim puts the customer first and takes the extra steps to make sure the job is done right. Reasonable price for the quality of work. Very knowledgeable and friendly service!
