I was informed by the owner that he could work on oil water heaters even thought they do not work on other oil products. The first visit he sent someone who arrived 20 minutes early and then left before the appointment was scheduled because they had somewhere to else to go. The second time someone showed up, and found the system was leaking and recommended replacing with oil, gas or electric. and said the owner would get back to me the next day. Two days later I called because I had not heard back from him and was told that they do not work on oil water heaters. I received their name from American Home Shield (a TERRIBLE company) who in the past has sent many other disreputable repair companies to our home and I guess this is another one from their cesspool of vendors.
Great service, professional, quick turnaround and impeccable problem resolution. My electric water heater broke. Not only they were able to diagnose the problem and replace the part in the water heater itself, technician went an extra mile, compared temperature between shower and all faucets, replaced a part in the shower. My water has never been as warm as now, even before the heater broke. Definitely recommend.
Prompt, courteous, professional service. My hot water tank needed to be replaced as it was leaking and I had no hot water. I sent in a service request to American Home Shield. Valley Plumbing & Heating contacted me promptly within 24 hours and assessed the situation. Options were discussed and the home warranty company contacted. I was apprised of what materials were covered and what out of pocket expenses were expected. The hot water tank was replaced within 48 hours. This guy was an arrogant, selfish SOB. Came in and quoted $1000 higher than the next plumber and is a rat. He tried to turn me into the town after I declined his high price. Little did he know I had permits and it just made him look like an A$$. Don't do business with this low life.
