Gary Wilson and his technicians installed a mini split air conditioning system for us. Gary did a great job answering all our questions. He explained a lot of technical issues and did this in terms we could readily understand. Gary and his installation team were prompt, polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with Wilson Services to install Mitsubishi Mini Splits for my home recently. The Wilson Services explained very well about the size and capacity of Mini Splits based on the space of my home. It was very transparent and clear about the final price I paid after the instant MassSave rebate processed by Wilson Services. It save me a lot of money and time. The technicians were very polite, thoughtful and efficient to install the mini splits. It was a very neat job! I am so glad I finally chose Wilson Services.

Wilson Services did an excellent job installing out three head mini-split system. We got estimates from four contractors and while Gary’s estimate was not the least expensive, we were impressed by his expertise and his down to earth manner. We made a good choice. He worked with us to decide on the proper system for our house. His installers were timely and efficient. They took great care to keep our house clean and the make the outside installation durable and attractive. They were informative and responsive to all our concerns and questions during the process. They tested the system and instructed us on the care and feeding of mini-splits. The system has performed flawlessly ever since. I should also compliment the office staff. We were up against a deadline to complete the work before a particular rebate expired and Carine was Johnny-on-the-spot with the required paperwork for the rebates and the HEAT loan. We could not be more pleased.

I just had my central air conditioning system replaced, in my ranch house, and Wilson's did a great job. They went above and beyond fixing some old problems, and making the system more efficient. I highly recommend them.

Gary and his entire team are fantastic. We had an old boiler, all of its pipes and all of our radiators removed and a brand new system installed. We are in the middle of gutting and renovating our home. It’s 106 years old. There is a LOT going on. It was not a simple installation as we had to work together to figure out the best way to set up the areas that are not yet renovated because once we begin renovation in those areas, he will need to come back and reset those areas. His office staff is exceptional as well. The staff that was in our home each day was professional and courteous. They always cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
