I found bill on the internet. Called him for a small repair - replace outdoor faucet. He came within a couple of hours and replaced it. Professional, competent and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Came out for a small job of installing a water filtration system, would have given 5 stars but he's a one man shop and very busy and required some persistent follow-up to get out for the job. New system works great!
