Coming home after a 13hr shift my entire basement was flooded. Floating objects and all. I remembered this company and gave them a ring. They were out to my home in an hour and replaced my sump pump. Shout out to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, in addition to, Conner and Mat who explained the problem, replaced the pump, and answered all my questions. Thankful for all the help! Great customer service, efficiency, time management, and knowledge. I would recommend this service, especially with this rainy wet season.

First this company left me waiting, sent their people to a different client's house with the same last name, and did not call me. When I call ed the next day, they told me what happened. When we talked to reschedule, I was told rudely that they did not want my job because it was too much trouble making an appointment with me. I am retired and have plently of time. Very unpleasant.

I have had Richard's several times for different services and they are excellent. They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very honest with recommending work and products that needed to be done. They are very clean and never leave any mess. I would never consider calling anyone else.

We've had several small jobs and one "whole house" re-plumbing completed by the folks from Richard's Plumbing. We could not be more pleased by the customer service and quality of the work.
