Frank's plumbing remodeled my bathroom last week. It was long over due. They did an amazing job. On time every day, cleaned up everyday. Now I never want to leave the bathroom, it looks so good!!!
We hired Frank’s to replace our old tub/shower with a new shower system. They were extremely professional and reliable. They showed up on time and had the job completed in one day! The crew did an amazing job, and after they finished up, the owner (Nick) stopped by just to make sure we were happy and that everything went well. Look no further if you’re considering bathroom remodeling, these guys are great! 5 stars and a huge THANK YOU!!
Had a problem outside with a slow leak. Turned off water to house only option. When turned on for a few days water rose above ground in plain sight. Call Frank's and explained problem in detail! When they showed up it was two men with a shovel! Well they Doug a minimum hole, charged me a hundred bucks for it, told me I didn't have a leak and didn't listen to me where I thought the leak was. So I let the whole open turn the water back on and of course it was leaking. Call the Ohio County water to come out to confirm if I have a leak. They confirmed I had a leak Demeter had a positive side on it and told me yes it was a slow leak so well I knew that. Call Frank's Plumbing back out here to fix my problem... explain again over the phone what the problem was. This time they sent an older man out here, no equipment and he did everything I already did! I showed him the paper from Ohio County Water District saying that I have a slow leak and they want to charge me another hundred dollars for doing absolutely nothing. And telling me I don't have a leak! I do not recommend Frank's Plumbing at all!
Small selection of plumbing parts and fixtures. Good if you're in a bind and don't feel like going far for basic items
Had them install a new A/C and furnace after having run the gas pipe when we converted from electric to gas - all installations went great. Quick, professional service and they pointed out a few other problems that they also fixed - like the bathroom fan that was not vented out the roof.
