These people are professionals that you can depend on. They know what they’re doing because they’re very expensive.

Terrible company and experience! I called and was quoted $65 per hour plus parts. I let the office lady know up front that I wanted to keep the total at $100 or below and was told this should be no problem and that if it were going to cost more they would call first. The plumber showed up over an hour late to our rental home. After it was all said and done they emailed me a bill for 2.25 hours of labor plus parts. When I called in inquire I was told that they bill labor at $65 per hour from the time the plumber leaves their office or previous job until they return to the office or the next job. I let them know this was not quoted too me up front and I would have never hired them or agreed to this. I have tried to call and email them to discuss these charges and they are unwilling to work with me or reduce any of these charges. Please be ware if you hire them you will be paying $65/hour while they are driving across the county to get to your house or to the next job and you are responsible for the driving time. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

I'm so happy with our experience this morning when needing our furnace serviced. They were quick to get us in and quick to get the job done. The technician was friendly and informative and the cost was very reasonable! We will definitely be using Hagerman again.

Had an appointment for a faucet and dishwasher installation. Plumbers were late, sat in the car smoking, went to go "get a part" and were gone almost two hours. Came back, worked for 30 minutes, then said he was "missing a tool" that he had given to a coworker. Left for lunch/and to get the tool. Again, gone almost two hours (1:45), came back and finished the job in 20 minutes. Total worked about 90 minutes. Was charged $431. NO INVOICE - plumber said it would be mailed to me in a MONTH. No idea what I was charged for exactly other than the guys taking extended breaks and some work was done. Wrote them a letter and no response, no invoice, nothing. Horrible customer service. Also had $30 on my kitchen table for the lawnmower man, and it disappeared. I even went through the trash looking for it. Just saying.
