I would not recommend this company to anyone. They fixed my leaking drain and an outdoor spigot, however the PLUMBERS they sent could not install a water shut-off valve or fix my water pressure problem. They did the two jobs in less than an hour, but it cost almost $300 and I still have to call another plumber to get all my problems fixed.

The technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and take the time to explain everything. I'll never call anyone else!

I have mixed feelings now. In the past their service was excellent. However this time it's been a nightmare! I hired them to fix my outdoor water hydrant. It was mostly because I attempted to fix it myself and I could not. I informed the service man of the electrical wires that run along side of pipe and to be careful not to cut or damage it. Well he did in deed cut the wires! Didn't tell me and I have been in his shoes and there is no way he did not know he cut them! I had a friend to rewire my pool room in order to use from a 210 to a 110 once I found out I had no electricity in that building! Contacted Acme several times to come back out to fix their mistake! Well it still has not been fix after 4 months later and their new receptionist treats me like I am a nuisance and a crazy lady for calling them. I can hear her say derogatory mean comments when she doesn't realize that I can hear her on the phone! They broke it and they are treating me ugly for asking them to fix it! No I would not recommend their company now with their new receptionist!

I used to be a customer and sent everyone I know to ACME. Not anymore, I called to have my air conditioning serviced. Made appointment, I called back to confirm the appointment. I was put on hold so they can fix 50 people’s air conditioner w/o air. I asked if they were canceling my appt. they told me know. They would get to me at some point. Then they call me back later stating that I have an appointment today in an hour. I wasn’t home anymore. Cancel and appointment they expect people to be home when they are ready not the customer. Thank you for you service

I have had the privilege of knowing the whole family at ACME Plumbing and all of their employees for 30+ years and always have gotten the best service I could have ever asked for!!! Mr. Al and the whole family are A#1 in book and I just wanna say THANKS for all y’all have done over the years!!! Todd Devine!!!
