I called for a technician to work on the mother board and a heat relay switch. Henry’s responded the same day at the time I was available. ( after work). A young man showed up “Charlie “. He was very polite and knowledgeable about my issues. In and out in a hour. Ac unit works great. Very satisfied. Very reasonable pricing. Thanks guys !!!!

I called to see when I could have a water leak situation looked at and fixed. Wayne was ready to help. He asked questions to guide his decisions and ask our location. I was surprised that his men could come out the very next morning. He said about 8:00 and that he'd call to make sure we were indeed home. Wayne did call me at 7:20 and stated again the crew would be here about 8:00. The guys were here at 7:58! Jeff and Elias were very knowledgeable as a two man crew, working to discover our trouble. They were here 2 hours and searched under, over, and around to discover our problem. I could not have asked for a better experience. The charges for their work were very reasonable, even my wife said so. Their team that works on A/C is to call to schedule a badly needed service of our system, which was the problem. They genuinely take an interest in solving your problems! I would highly recommend Harry Roberts Plumbing, Heating and Air for all your household needs in this field of expertise.
