Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I was so happy Vanessa came so promptly! She determined the water damage and explained the restoration work to be done, and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and nice! The 2 technicians who came to fix the drain had the same qualities as Vanessa. The job was done in about an hour. The reason for 3 stars regards how late the technicians came...through no fault of their own. I called at 7:17, and he said because it was an emergency, it would within the hour; he called at 8, and said they’d be later. It was 3 hours before they arrived. So after the job was finished, it was 11:15...unacceptable. During those 3 hours, the water got deeper and wider, and spread through more carpet. I would have called AB May if I’d have known it would take 3 hours. My suggestion is don’t tell the customer you provide service for emergencies. Please share my compliments with Vanessa and the 2 technicians!

Shout out to Mike (1699) the plumber that unclogged my kitchen drain. He was at my house in Independence, MO in short time. He did a good job of explaining the service and cost. These guys price by the job and not by the hour (usually) and there's a 6 month guarantee so I felt like the bill I paid for quick and reliable service was reasonable.

Although the main line clearing was more expensive than most competitors, it was done in a professional and quick manner. The work is guaranteed. Mike had came out and quickly found the issue and fixed it within an hour. He went above and beyond when the toilet was still clogged and started plunging it! Very nice and professional.

Keith came over promptly and worked diligently to clear our pipes. He made certain to snake our line three times so that we would not experience any future problems. He was thorough, polite, and our dog liked him.

Mike 1699 did a awesome job and was able to allow me to take my bath. Thank you Mike you was very respectful and kept me laughing as well. Keep up the great work. 5 stars for you
