If I could give 0 stars I would considering they never showed up. My original appointment with them was made for Monday, so I took the day off. By 11AM they called and said they would not be able to make it that day and asked if Tuesday would work. So again I take the day off (not something I can afford or like to do to my fellow co workers) at 1030am they call and say I am next in line. I sit around the house waiting for them to come. At 4pm I call to check to see if they are still coming. They assure me they are still coming and that I am next in line (still). At 645pm a man named mitch (no last name cuz he refused to give it) called to tell me they would not be coming today at all. When I expressed my frustration about how they handle their business and how I have already missed 2 days of work for this he did not have an answer for me on how he and his business could rectify this situation. I know that for a fact with all the rain these past 2 days they were probably going to flooded basements for "emergencies" which they get more money for, but if that was the case why would you wait 10 hours to let someone know they won't be coming. Very unprofessional. I am an understanding person but I do not like when people waste my time like I have nothing better to do. Will be looking else where for plumbing.
My technician D was not at all friendly, unprofessional, and also smelled of grape swisher cigar/marijuana. Barged into my house without knocking after leaving for a bit. Didn't attempt to snake my washer drain for confirmation and told me it was fine. I was told to call back if I had problems which would probably be another bill. Left me and my fiance very dissatisfied. Their billboard says "Your wife is hot, better get her AC fixed." Unamused and frankly wouldn't trust them alone with my fiance and belongings. Had to call back because we still had issues with drain overflow.
Called them out to fix our leaking washer, guy came out and said theres no leak, i thought this was weird because it leaks every single time I do a load of laundry. He gave me an attitude when I questioned him he laughed and said everything is fine. He left quickly without fixing anything and an hour later I run a load of laundry and its leaking! Unbelieveable!
Great place to work. Fun atmosphere, great, knowledgeable, and appreciative customers!
They came out to replace my water heater and put in a sump pump. The 1st quote was $18,000 (yes a water heater and 3 foot whole). When we didn't qualify for their payment plan it went too $11,000. after we said no to that it went to $9,000. The plumber that came out, said He would do it over the weekend for $4,000. Please look for other plumbers and get multiple quotes if you can
