I waited until the installation was complete to share. Although we got sort of a rocky start this has turned into one of our best decisions. Ray and Justin were great as our first contacts/sales people, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. Answering questions and concerns with honest and useful information. Our installers Chris and Jesus were just lovely. They took the time to go over details of placement answering my question with information that I needed to make decisions, before they started. I know it added a little time to the install, but it was really worth it as I think we came up with the best solutions. I appreciated that every one talked to each other during all parts of the process, knowing that each person had the support and welcomed/sought the advice/supervision of others in the company made me feel secure. They made me feel that my questions and concerns had value and took the time to explain and explore. It was costly, but in the long run will really save us money. So glad to find a locally owned business that has enough workers to take care of each other and their customers, yet not too big that they are impersonal or cutthroat. I don't want to see any of them anytime soon for obvious reasons, but would be honored to befriend any one of them outside this venue. Good people as well as skilled/knowledgeable. The gentleman that came out yesterday was awesome. He was so patient and kind. I thank him so very much. He took his time and really explained things to me. I could really tell in our conversation that he wanted what was best and convenient for me.

Chris was awesome! Very professional and personable. You never know what a service technician will be like and often times it can be unfavorable. Not the case with Andrew. He was clean, friendly and obviously took great pride in his work. He made sure I was completely satisfied and he definitely left me very happy with his work and the experience. I highly recommend Chris and R-Mech for your needs without hesitation.

Our AC was out on one of the hottest days of the year. We called in for service and they were able to get someone out that afternoon. Chris came out and discussed what was happening. He looked inside the outdoor unit, measured the voltage, and told us what he thought was wrong; as well as how much it would be to fix if that was it. Very professionally done. We agreed to the price and he replaced it. Tested the AC after replacing the part and we once again had cold air coming out of the vents. R-Mech, and especially Chris, did a great job. We really appreciate the quick service, professional work, and reasonable prices.

Chris and Jesus installed a new York air conditioner and furnace at my home today. They called to let me know they were on their way. They were both very friendly, polite and professional. I felt quite comfortable with them in my home. They took great care to put down tarps to protect carpeting. They worked very hard to complete the installation in one day. Jesus was especially good at answering my questions and explaining how the system works. Chris was very careful to leave area cleaner than he found it! I highly recommend their service.
