Aaron came on time, and let me know when he was on his way. He was communicative with the process and let me know what he was doing. The price was extremely competitive and the work done in a timely manner. If the repair work remains in good condition past the guarantee period of the work then this will have been one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.

My hot water heater would not produce hot water. I was sure it was going bad. Doug came to the house nicely dressed, arriving right on time. After just a few minutes (most of it us sharing plumbing war stories) he had diagnosed the issue. Upper element was bad. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. I certainly can encourage you to use this firm. Doug was a true professional.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN. NEVER call this company, only if you want to be treated like sh*t. First person that I talked was Erika trying to make an appointment and she told me that would have one only in 3 days, when I asked her if they had the possibility to send anyone earlier because my water heater isnt working she interrupted me and started to say having hot water isnt an emergency case since outside is so hot so the water temperature is not so bad. She didnt even give a chance to explain that my wife is 35 weeks pregnant and the shower water IS indeed cold and I dont think she should pass through this for 3 days. I called back to complain about Erika since the calls are supposedly recorded. Keila answered the call and I said to her I would like to talk to her manager because I would like to open a complaint, she said I could talk to her that she was the manager and after I explain how rude Erika was, she said Erika wasnt rude and the temperature outside is good enough to not have hot water. Well, it seems those call are recorded for nothing. I hope at least the business owner read these complaints and do something about it. I'm glad the property managment company could find for me another company and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow.

We have Just Plumbing as our house warranty plumbing service. At first not happy with them but after they sent out Sam everything changed. He knows his stuff and is caring and kind. We love Sam and Just Plumbing. Thank you Sam

Just Plumbing Services is one of the best providers in the Phoenix area, and I would recommend them for any plumbing issue. We were contracted with Just Plumbing through American Home Shield, our home warranty company. Jake was our service provider, and he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our toilet was acting up, and Jake fixed it quickly. This is our second encounter with Just Plumbing and we would use them again.
