In short, Stampede wasn’t anywhere near the cheapest, but the price paid was well worth the time, professionalism, and security the crew demonstrated. I will definitely have them return for an plumbing needs. If price was competitive I would give 5 stars. I bought a house which needed serious help from day one. After getting multiple quotes I chose Stampede. Not because they were the cheapest, and they weren’t even close to that, but because the estimator, Tony, demonstrated timeliness, professionalism, respect, and a high level of personal safety I felt. A a single woman in a new town, safety was extremely important when picking who I hired. Tony, Tim, and Trevor had the misfortune of being interrupted mid-job of cleaning out my pipes, replacing plumbing, and installing a water filtration system by my professional movers who showed up extremely early. The two crews were on top of each other, but the Stampede crew handled it a much better manner. It was like any other day, they expressed zero frustration when asked by movers to accommodate the moving activities, no anger when the movers moved their stuff, nor expressed any complaints when the movers blocked their way of doing the job. Can’t say the same for the movers who grumbled and complained the entire time. I was super impressed with Trevor. As the newest member of the crew he demonstrated professionalism and skill at a level to match the others. I was even more impressed with how Tim and Tony respected the kid like he was an equal. What I appreciate most is how the entire crew took the time to answer my long list of questions, many of which were not related to the immediate task at hand, but helped me understand what they were doing, why, and how I could possibly do it myself if absolutely necessary in the future.

Everyone I dealt with at Stampede Plumbing were incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. Chris Smith helped me choose the correct toilet to install, Eva and Carey helped make the scheduling process go smoothly, and Paul was an outstanding technician. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering having any work done. Overall, outstanding job!

From the moment I called to inquire about service, I knew I was dealing with professionals. Carey assured me they could have a tech out within hours to assess the situation. She advised me who would be arriving. I then got a call from Catrina who told me the time slot and was able to answer a few questions. Right on time Cameron showed up looking clean, and professional and quickly explained what was needed and what it involved. He quoted me a price and then explained it all to me. He also pointed out a few things from the last install that was not in code. Cameron was skilled and professional and friendly. He allowed me to watch and learn and was very patient in taking the time to explain and make sure I understood things. The installation was straight forward and he cleaned everything nicely. In completing the transaction, Cameron took the time to tell me everything I was signing. My experience with Stampede Pluming was very good and I will use them for other plumbing needs as the come up. Thank you Cameron for how you provided service and represented the company.

Paul was Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good company. Went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Brought out the head man in the plumbing division and they both tackled it. Was a hard project. Not typical. Handled it professionally. Price was lower than the original estimate. I would recommend highly.

As promised, the technician, Paul arrived on time and the team called prior to his arrival to advise who was coming and the approximate time. Paul was very friendly and informative, and his workmanship was perfect. Regretfully, on our 30th anniversary we had to purchase a new water heater, but hot water is essential to life and clean living, Let the Stampede begin!!!
