When I called, I got a live person on the line very quickly, no long holds. They were professional, easy to talk to and eagerly sent a technician in a very short time as my ac was not working on a hot, 106 degree day. The technician Don was polite, and knowledgeable, His uniform was clean and pressed, not all wrinkled and messy. He knew what he was doing, and did not waste time nor poke around. I would highly recommend. Also, the prices were very fair for the service rendered.

Our service technician Jerome was great at explaining the problem and offering solutions to getting it fixed quick. He went above and beyond to get our financing approval locked down and overall provided us with great customer service. On installation day we also had 2 other gentleman working to complete the new duct work and installation of our new AC unit. Both of them were very knowledgeable and polite. Jerome was phenomenal and really a delight to work with. No one enjoys when AC goes out but my unit was 21 yrs old and it really needed to be replaced. Jerome was great at explaining my options and helping me understand the process. Unit being replaced the next day is wonderful. This company has great employees and very knowledgeable!!

I had called POP frantic because my ac was not working. I also was having plumbing problems. They sent out technician, Jerome, the same day and he was a pleasure!! After him looking at everything, he explained what was going on with my ac unit. He even took me outside and showed me everything he was talking about. He answered all my questions. He made sure I understood everything. I ended up replacing my whole ac unit, and got my plumbing issue fixed for free. I would definitely use them again!!

Had a great experience with Professors of Plumbing and Air. Didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything from them. I was called to see if I wanted an AC tune up. I immediately agreed because my unit hasn’t been cooling very well. Jerome came out and was very nice and answered all my questions (I had a lot of them) he took pictures of the unit and showed them to me so I would understand what was going on. He did the tune up and immediately it started to cool down inside my home. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the technician they sent out! I was a bit worried because I didn’t want to have to pay to replace my unit or feel pressured into doing so. Jerome gave me my options and I opted for just the tune up. For the price ($29) I’m more then satisfied for what I got. Will be using them again in the future!
