Alexander came for a service I paid him $100.00 for a service call he gave me a quote on how much would it cost me to change the drain system in my bathtub I agree on the $$$$ amount to fix it . so we decided when my neighbor will let us in to change the drain system from his apartment .he will come and fix it, I had called him many times to arrange time when he was available to fix it he was not available and stop answering my phone calls. sold me a quote for $100.00 and didn't want to do the job
